While serving in this position I dynamically lead efforts to foster and strengthen key strategic relationships with Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE), 7th Signal Command (Theater), various organizations within the industry, and the Communications Information Officer (CIO), and Deputy Chief of Staff (DCS) G6 agencies. During my time in this role, I delivered strategic leadership, operational oversight, and industry expertise while serving in multiple roles as Program Manager, Technical Advisor, and Consultant charged with high-level support focused on augmenting Army EMSO programs, augmenting the centralized manager and integrator for capabilities development activities associated with the development and integration of Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) and EMSO capabilities. I directed a skilled 10-15-member workforce of personnel throughout the integration and synchronization of EMSO capabilities and material development efforts for Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) and current and future Programs of Record. I conducted testing in order to establish baseline measurement parameters including frequency range, spurious output, noise figure/floor, input/output return loss, and supply voltage.

• Tested and evaluated Dynamic Spectrum Access (DSA) algorithm Joint Tactical Radio System (JTRS) Handheld, Man-Pack, Small Form Fit (HMS) Core Radio, Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW), Coalition Joint Spectrum Management Planning Tool (CJSMPT) (aka EM Battle Management (EMBM)) and Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT).
