-Assisted in the planning and deployment of more than 20,000 devices as part of the Windows 10 upgrade initiative. Duties include : creating the initial Windows 10 Migration informational document for base-wide dissemination, audited lists of approved software, batching and creating work order tickets, asset backup, coordination for and delivery of new assets, coordination for the deployment of assets, computer installations, customer education, and assist with any issues computer support technicians and customers may have throughout the process.
-Updated the Hill AFB project management standards documentation for facility design and renovation.
-Confirmed and corrected audit data for more than 800 servers within the Hill Enterprise Data Center (HEDC) server system. This included cataloging all server's rack location, a required piece of data not collected during the audit.
-Assisted in the digitization of Supervisor Safety Workbooks for all 75 ABW/SC work groups. The project allows for easier access and updating of the workbooks among their users.
-Assisted with the planning and execution of the 2016 Chief Technical Officer (CTO) Conference.
