About
Making a positive impact on the organization I work for is the most important thing I bring to any employer. I believe it is important to leave a place better than when you started. I am always striving to do better, learn more, and create an environment where security is fully integrated.
I work well as a team member or independently. I am self motivated and always looking for new opportunities.
Educating end users on security awareness is one of the most important aspects of my job, the human link really is the weakest link in every security program. Having a well trained workforce creates a more secure environment.
Continually maintaining and updating security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures are also integral to my job. Every business process should be evaluated against the current security standards in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of each.
