Assign as the Cybersecurity Manager (ISSO) for the Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T)/Cybersecurity Division. Responsible of the management of Risk Management Framework (RMF) operations and processes that mitigate, monitor, and identify security risks across the networks. Supervise and manage the implementation of the Host Based Security System (HBSS), SPLUNK, McAfee ePO, Tenable Nessus, and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), TippingPoint, ArcSight, and Tanium applications. Ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of automated systems, network and data/information systems. Manage and support multiple customers (government and non-government) on information assurance. Provide guidance about testing procedures like evaluation, assessments, and security requirements for networks and programs. Define Continuity of Operations (COOP) standards and contingency plans for the organization. Execute Security Test and Evaluations (ST&E) on Windows, Linux and network equipment. Responsible for ensuring the information system is operated and disposed of in accordance with cybersecurity policies and practices. Supervise penetration testing of all network systems to identify system vulnerabilities including border security tests to find possible faults.
