Help create detailed project plans and tracking documents to track a project from start to finish. Play a key role in communicating issues related to projects/requests to the business unit and security services. Create documentation related to projects and/or system changes to ensure they are properly communicated to business unit and security services.
Responsible for processes supporting physical and virtual records requirements of the organization.
Confer with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, how information is being used/shared, identify conflicts in security standards, and documents risk to IT-GRC.
Study existing information security systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow. Additionally, conduct studies pertaining to development of new information systems to meet current and projected needs.
Plan and prepare reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of program development. Assist security services in resolution of work problems related to flow charts, project specifications, or security control settings.
Direct and coordinate work of others to develop, test, install, and modify security controls/services. Work with security managers/leads to create detailed training, policy and procedures as the need arises.

Lead role also includes the oversight of the Records and Information Management department, with focus on Storage Vendor Management, Record Management Assessments of all areas of the Enterprise, and continued development and improvement of the Records Management program.
