Worked in the banking industry for 35 years. I have been a Compliance Officer for 25 years, Information Security Officer for 7 years, Operations Officer, BSA Officer and Branch Manager. Member of the banks Leadership Team, Audit Committee, ALCO Committee, Chairman of the Compliance Council and IT Committee. Primary liaison with bank auditors and regulatory examiners. Significant experience in creating policies and procedure across all department lines. Developed an Information Security program from the ground up, which includes a comprehensive incident response plan, vendor management program, pandemic preparedness plan, business continuity program and cyber security playbooks.
