• Troubleshoot/repair problems regarding network connectivity issues.

• Investigates and provides resolution of faults with the servers and related devices, resolving or progressing problems as appropriate.
• Investigates and provides resolution of server hardware problems.
• Ensures that maintenance and support contracts with the third party suppliers for all server hardware and software are maintained.
• Escalates hardware failures to hardware vendor as appropriate.
• Records and track all issues elevated to vendor.
• Responsible for ensuring the hardware vendor corrects the problem in accordance with warranties.
• Assist independent developers with integration of locally developed application onto the CHAS web portal.
• Investigates and provides resolution of web server problems.
• Assists with impact analysis of any changes made to the CHAS web portal core files.
