Ross Molina is a partner in the New Orleans office of Lewis Brisbois and a Vice Chair of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice.



Ross focuses his practice on pre- and post-incident cybersecurity, data privacy and breach response for clients internationally. As a member of Lewis Brisbois’ cybersecurity team, Ross is on call to provide 24/7 advice to clients and to assist in detecting, containing and responding to an attack. In addition to assisting clients’ restoration efforts, Ross provides guidance on breach response obligations, particularly for security breaches involving sensitive personal information and protected health information. Ross’s role as breach counsel includes ensuring compliance with data privacy statutes and regulations as well as drafting requisite data breach notifications to individuals to the extent required under state and federal breach notification laws. Ross also assists clients with pre-breach preparedness training.
