While employers see this current position as outside of what I want to do, I have a vested interest in this particular school. During my time in the military, I went through most of these courses. I also managed a military MOS producing course. All these experiences help to improve how the curriculum is developed and reviewed for current TTPs and references.
• Manage and execute JID-TC Curriculum Control Plan. Provided meaningful updates to ensure that all curriculum is properly controlled and reviewed on a yearly cycle and out-of-cycle change requests.
• Provide Curriculum Development expertise to support curriculum revisions, implementation plan(s), instructional quality to support all curriculum revisions and needs along with multimedia enhancements as required and/or requested.
• Create and modify current curriculum materials as defined by the current contract.
• Created a standardization plan to implement across all units of instructions.
• Created a memorandum of record that brings credibility to the unit by ensuring that an SME and Course Manager attest to all unit materials are accurate per the latest reference.
• Identified that over 50% of the reference library was outdated and took initiative to update reference sources and create a database of past and current references and which course reference requirements.

• Information Security Systems Manager (ISSM) for the local classified environment to ensure systems are baselined, configured, and audited in accordance with defined Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) requirements.
• Assisting in the creation and management of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) for Controlled Unclassed Information (CUI) to ensure government and contract compliance.
• Conduct in-house testing of all Tactical Data Analysis and Connectivity System (TDACS) software and connection types on multiple Windows 10 operating systems and provide detail findings of all software bugs and enhancements to ensure data complies with standards.
• Provide monthly Information Assurance patching, testing, and support for TDACS workstations software applications such as Windows, Office, SQL, and McAfee.
• Support various exercises and events to various national and international locations by providing TDACS operator support, data analysis and training for the warfighter. Activities entail supporting testing events (compliance and system integration), exercise participation, and attending event planning meetings.
• Designed a Windows 10 deployment disk that incorporated required applications that reduced the system building time and end-user actions by 75%.
• Provide TDACS workstation Hardware, Software, and Helpdesk support for local and fielded systems.
• Document reviewer of current operator related material and created the maintenance manual to assist system administrators at various locations.
• Created a local web interface for entering configuration management and purchase order information into a SQL database.
• Researched and incorporated a robust training tracker to track over 80 company, DSCA, government, and other role-based training requirements.

Supervise the induction and transfer of equipment entering and leaving the detachment. Oversaw the training allowance reduction of over 400 items and still kept the unit at 100% mission capable.
Performed Tactical Data Link Manager duties for the unit in order to train both the operators and maintainers in the background, operations and maintenance of Link 16, Link 11 and Link 11B and UHF and VHF radio communications.
