Along with direct security administration, I also managed many floor tasks, ran reports, provided analysis for administrators, and discovered solutions to all types of network problems. Some notable duties and achievements included :
• Actively manage floor operations prior to the arrival of floor supervisors, and during other times as requested
• Work with additional L2s effectively through teamwork and team building on tasks including mass requests, email box management, protocol and procedural updates
• Perform special projects, such as ticket review and analysis, for two different supervisors and the Regional Manager

As part of a flooring crew, I memorized and put into play chemical combinations necessary to clean many types of flooring, including hardwood, tile, stone, cement, and carpet. Beyond cleaning, I had the opportunity to learn about stripping different flooring systems, installation, and care. As a part of this job, I also learned the rules and structure of the work place and how to work in a team. This job afforded me half off of tuition and an open schedule for classes and study time, making it ideal for studying my passions.
• Provided training for part-time employees in the custodial department on proper procedures for different specialized areas of the science buildings
• Used specialty cleaning equipment to remove pathogens from lab equipment and tools to ensure a pristine environment for students, instructors, and researchers to conduct their work
• Ensured different flooring systems were kept in pristine condition through different cleaning chemical mixtures and application methods
