Sylvia is a seasoned communications and public affairs leader with over two decades of experience in national security, cybersecurity, and technology policy.
At Comcast, she leads the communications strategy and execution for the TPX division, which provides cybersecurity and IT solutions for enterprise customers. She oversees media relations, executive visibility, internal communications, and policy advocacy, as well as cybersecurity awareness and education programs for employees and clients.
Previously, she held senior communications roles at AIG and the National Cyber Security Alliance, where she developed and implemented communications plans, campaigns, and events to advance cybersecurity and technology policy issues and initiatives. She also has extensive experience in working with the federal government, media, industry partners, and stakeholders on cybersecurity and national security matters.
Sylvia is passionate about her work and the mission of enhancing the security and resilience of the digital ecosystem. She is skilled in creating and delivering compelling narratives, engaging diverse audiences, and building trust and credibility. She speaks Arabic and French and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from George Mason University.
