I lead and participate in multiple cyber R&D project initiatives in deception, software supply chain, cyber exercises, and phishing. I co-lead and help develop multiple hiring and retention programs for Sandia including CECOR a DOE Minority Serving Institutions pipeline initiative, Tracer FIRE a cyber incident response exercise, and the Sandia Cyber Residency program that rotates existing staff into cyber roles. I'm passionate about giving back to my community via middle/high school cybersecurity outreach and participate in national conferences presenting on various cyber topics.
