Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Network Administrator :

Provide hands-on support for CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain proactive communication with team members and managers
Travel to various facilities within the region, with travel constituting approximately 75% of the role
Work remotely when not traveling, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Maintain and troubleshoot data and telephony systems

Required Skills for Network Administrator :
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Network Administrator
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and work proactively
- One or more of the following certifications: CCNA, Security +, Network +
