IT Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day IT infrastructure, including systems administration and helpdesk support. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of IT systems, while leading operational support efforts. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess needs, recommend improvements, and implement scalable IT solutions aligned with business goals.
