By combining cutting-edge AI automation tools with the precision of skilled human designers, we deliver fast, accurate, and cost-effective design solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Our hybrid workflow leverages proprietary tools like Krafzen AutoDraft, Redline AI Agent, Voice-to-DWG, and 3D Optimizer, enabling unparalleled turnaround speed without compromising quality. Alongside project delivery, Krafzen is building an AI SaaS platform for enterprise adoption and an educational academy to train the next generation of AI-assisted designers.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Define & execute the technical strategy and roadmap
🔹 Be hands-on with coding and architecture decisions
🔹 Lead and grow the design & development team
🔹 Oversee full product lifecycle: design → build → launch → scale
🔹 Represent the technical vision in fundraising & investor discussions
What we’re looking for:
Strong full-stack coding skills > React, Node.js, Python, AWS
Startup experience / leadership in developer teams
Ability to set up product architecture & design systems from scratch
Passion for early-stage startups and willingness to work for equity-only until funding
