What You'll Do
- Keep the process moving - Schedule interviews (nearly 700 so far this year!), manage candidate communications, and keep our Applicant Tracking System accurate and up to date.
- Source top talent - Use hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and AI-powered tools to find both active and passive candidates.
- Create a great candidate experience - Be the first impression for candidates and ensure it's a positive one.
- Support onboarding - Help our 50+ US new hires each year hit the ground running with smooth first-day experiences.
- Innovate with AI & tools - Spot opportunities to use automation and AI to make People & Culture faster and smarter.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a recruiting coordinator role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can work across multiple teams
- Comfortable learning and using recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling apps)
- Curious and eager to eventually grow into a full-cycle recruiter role

Compensation and featured benefits:
- The pay for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
- Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
- Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
