Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lisle, IL for a System Administrator.
The System Administrator will be responsible for:
- Zoho One/Zoho CRM administration: managing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho applications to support business operations.
- General IT support: handling day-to-day technical needs, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Level 1 application support: serving as the first point of contact for system/application issues.
This position is key to maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, resolving technical issues, and ensuring both Zoho systems and IT operations run smoothly and securely.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Zoho One/Zoho CRM (configuration, customization, automation, integrations, and reporting).
- Provide day-to-day IT support for users (hardware, software, and network).
- Deliver Level 1 application support, escalating as needed.
- Perform system administration and routine IT maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure network performance, reliability, and security.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve system usage.
Qualifications
- Required: Hands-on experience with Zoho One and Zoho CRM (administration, customization, and user support).
- Strong System Administration and Network Administration background.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support.
- Experience in information technology management and daily operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills and Tools
Zoho One or Zoho CRM is a requirement.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- SIEM tools (e.g., Wazuh)
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Intune device management
- Microsoft Defender security suite
- ManageEngine IT management tools
- Datadog monitoring and observability platform
