FUNCTION:
As a Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in the management, maintenance, and optimization of our company's IT systems. Collaborating closely with our Network Technicians and Helpdesk Support, you will work side by side to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Responsible for implementing and supporting a wide range of systems, enabling our organization to function efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Deliver exceptional training experience and motivate employees to adopt newly implemented RealPage product solutions.
· Demonstrate knowledge across multiple RealPage product groups, such as Property Management, Renter engagement and Revenue Management, to ensure internal rollout success and end-user adoption.
· Identify business requirements and create training solutions to meet expectations.
· Create RealPage training curriculum and courseware under general supervision.
· Functional knowledge of RealPage product settings with the ability to troubleshoot basic setup issues.
· Create a positive, professional, and open learning environment that promotes engagement.
· Coordinate resolutions for quality concerns detected during post migration for applicable RealPage products.
· Show positive training experience feedback metrics.
· Maintain accurate records of all communication received for each RealPage activation.
· Meet with leaders to acquire thorough knowledge of each program and/or department operations and procedures.
· Create RealPage procedures for internal use. Research best practices as needed.
· Internal RealPage point of contact to interface with RealPage for customer support.
· High focus on systems administration, ticket resolution, recommending and implementing new processes as needed
· Function as liaison, bridging gaps between 5812 Investment Group and external support vendors
· Monitor and complete support tickets
· Responsible for systems including but not limited to:
o Windows environment
o Hyper-V
o On-prem Windows server
o Backup and recovery
o Web filtering
o Office 365
· Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
· Record, track, and prioritize support tickets using the company's ticketing system, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation of user inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
· Authorize employee and new hire permissions to company network folders and drives, Office 365 accounts, email groups, etc.
· Conduct physical inspections and infrastructure at each location and perform maintenance as needed
· Maintain equipment and issue new hardware as directed
· Provide technology training to employees when necessary
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Assist in the cross training and development of team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Certifications, equivalent experience, or bachelor’s degree related to IT
· 5+ years of related systems experience
· RealPage experience preferred
· Advanced knowledge of Windows systems and environments
· Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
· Possess a sense of urgency, responding promptly to employee needs
· Experience with scripting (basic level scripting is acceptable)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to sit for up to 8 hours at a time.
· Ability to work in excess of 40 hours a week on a regular basis.
· Use of hands and arms to use a computer keyboard.
· Able to walk, climb stairs, stand and squat or perform property inspections and tours including during adverse weather conditions.
· Lifting/Carrying:
o Over 150 lbs. Rare need (less than 1% of the time)
o 75-100 lbs. Occasional need (1% to 10% of the time)
o 25-75 lbs. Frequent need (11% to 40% of the time)
o 1-25 lbs. Constant need (40% to 100% of the time)
VISION REQUIREMENTS:· Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to complete forms, read and review reports and a wide variety of correspondence, view computer screen. Frequently need to see small detail.
· Frequent need (33% to 66% of the time) to see things clearly beyond arm's reach (inspecting infrastructure etc.)
HEARING REQUIREMENTS:· Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate over telephone, and in person with management, vendors, and residents.
SPEAKING REQUIREMENTS:· Constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to communicate over telephone and in person.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:· Frequent need (66% to 100% of the time) to respond to and repair infrastructure at company locations within the greater Columbus area
· Must have reliable transportation as necessary to safely and effectively carry out the responsibilities listed above.
