Role Description
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Singleton & Co. Consulting as we launch operations. This is more than just a title — it’s a chance to be a co-architect of a growing business. The COO will manage day-to-day operations, help develop client acquisition strategies, design internal processes, and ensure the company is structured for growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, can wear multiple hats, and is excited by the challenge of building a company from the ground up.
Important Note: This is a ground-floor position, and compensation will be performance- and client-dependent initially. Candidates should have an existing income source or flexible financial situation. Once clients are onboarded, pay and equity arrangements will be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, project management, and workflow design.
- Collaborate with the founder to define the company’s strategic direction and growth plan.
- Develop operational systems, processes, and best practices from scratch.
- Assist with client acquisition, proposals, and project execution.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships as needed.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
