The Opportunity
We are seeking a Founding CTO (preferably an AI engineer ready to step up) to join us at this pivotal stage. Initially, this role is equity-only, with no salary until we secure funding or generate revenue.

Your Responsibilities
- Own and lead Hakim’s AI architecture, including DSPy multi-agent orchestration, GCP stack, and integrations (QuickBooks, Plaid, Hume AI).we have a GCP engineer already, an AI eng, front end and software eng.
- Drive the technical roadmap of our platform.
- Build and lead the engineering team as we move from beta → paid launch → scale.
- Balance hands-on coding with high-level technical strategy.
- Represent Hakim as part of the founding leadership team in front of investors, partners, and accelerators.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in AI/ML engineering (LLMs, NLP, multi-agent systems; DSPy experience a plus).
- Previous experience in startup or early-stage product development.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: thrives in ambiguity, resourceful, and motivated by building from zero.
- Ability to scale teams and systems while keeping an innovator’s mindset.
- Clear and adaptable communicator—able to go deep in detail or zoom out strategically.
- Empathetic leader who cares about both team success and client impact.
