Lucidly is building the Customer Intelligence Platform for SaaS growth. We help B2B SaaS companies protect and expand their ARR by predicting churn, surfacing expansion signals, and automating revenue workflows with AI-powered agents.
We’re still early, but we’ve built strong momentum with design partners, a growing pipeline, and a product that’s moving fast. Our mission is to create the AI-native revenue platform that unifies customer data and automates execution across CS, Sales, and RevOps.
We’re looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to join us at the ground floor. This is a role for a builder who thrives in the 0-1 stage, wants to shape a product and team from the beginning, and is motivated by massive ownership.
What You’ll Do
As Co-Founder & CTO, you’ll take full ownership of Lucidly’s technical direction and product execution. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO and early team to build, ship, and scale. Responsibilities include:
- Build the product: Architect, code, and ship features across our Python (FastAPI) backend and React frontend.
- AI agent orchestration: Implement and scale our AI agent framework (forecasting, churn detection, QBR automation, expansion, etc.), including ML models and prompt pipelines.
- Integrations: Develop secure, OAuth-based integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks), and billing/support tools (Stripe, Zendesk, Intercom).
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy and manage our AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, CDK/Terraform, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager), ensuring scalability, observability, and SOC 2 compliance.
- Product evolution: Partner with the CEO to define features, prioritize roadmap, and balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability.
- Team leadership: Be the technical voice of the founding team. As we grow, recruit, mentor, and lead engineers while still staying hands-on in the code.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in full-stack engineering, with strong depth in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Next.js).
- ML/AI: Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) and/or applied AI integrations (LLMs, embeddings, orchestration).
- Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) with containerized deployment (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Product builder: A track record of shipping SaaS products (bonus: B2B, data-heavy, or workflow/automation platforms).
- Hands-on founder mindset: You want to build, not just manage. You’re motivated by shipping, iterating, and solving hard problems directly.
- Leadership potential: Comfortable setting technical direction today and scaling a team tomorrow.
Compensation
- Equity: 20% founding equity with standard 4-year vesting (1-year cliff).
