Overview of Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintain desktop and laptop PCs
- Setup and maintain Unix and Linux servers
- Support end-users with PC hardware and software problems
- Work with vendors to resolve problems with equipment
- Maintain computer and application accounts
- Assist with maintenance of engineering test systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Cyber Security
- Experience with Linux and Windows OS
- Understanding of networking - addresses, routing, etc.
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies
