We’re currently looking for driven and detail-oriented Privacy Experts with 4–6 years of experience to join us on a project basis (not full-time). If you’re passionate about privacy and want to work with dynamic, international tech clients, this is the perfect opportunity.

💼 What You’ll Do
• Provide expert opinions on EU, UK, U.S., Canadian, LATAM privacy matters, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve privacy-related documents prepared by paralegals, issuing written legal opinions.
• Draft, negotiate, and revise privacy policies, DPAs, and other related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on privacy-related legal risks and strategy.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and ensure best practices in data protection.
🎯 Who You Are
• A privacy counsel with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in privacy law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. privacy frameworks (CCPA/CPRA, COPPA, HIPAA, FERPA, etc.), as well as global privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPEDA, LGPD, etc.)
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable to remote project-based work.
• Effective communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
