The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and driven Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our U.S. partnership and indirect sales strategy. You’ll own growth across payment providers, POS resellers, and VAR networks, reporting directly to the CEO,
Your mission: build and scale revenue through trusted partnerships that extend Graine’s reach to more restaurants across the country.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow our U.S. reseller and payments partner network.
- Identify, negotiate, and sign new partnerships with ISOs, payment processors, and POS resellers.
- Build joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs that drive merchant acquisition.
- Own the partnership P&L and deliver profitable, scalable growth.
- Oversee a team of business development and partner success managers, focused on activation, training, and retention.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and measure performance across all channel KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align feedback, pricing, and partner tools.
What you'll Brian
- 7+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or indirect revenue within the POS, SaaS, or payments industry.
- Proven track record working with payment processing providers (ISOs, agents, resellers) in the U.S. market.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure high-value, win-win contracts.
- Experience managing P&L and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
- Deep understanding of interchange economics, residual models, and partner incentives.
