The OpportunityWe’re inviting a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding circle.
This is not a typical job, it’s a mission-driven partnership to architect and build Brisbi’s core AI systems, product infrastructure, and technical culture from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to:
- Shape the technical roadmap for Brisbi AI and its emotional intelligence engine.
- Build and lead a world-class engineering team.
- Oversee architecture for Brisbi’s app (mobile + web), AI systems, and creator tools.
- Design scalable backend systems supporting 1B+ users.
- Integrate responsible AI principles in all development processes.
Ideal Profile- Strong experience in AI/ML, full-stack development, or app infrastructure.
- Experience leading early-stage startups or technical teams.
- Familiarity with cloud systems (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern tech stacks (React, Node, Python, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for wellness, human behavior, or creator platforms.
