About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy System Administrator to streamline our digital ecosystem. In this role, you'll ensure seamless integration between our marketing, sales, and customer support systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM tools - Salesforce, while leveraging automation tools like Zapier to set up marketing events and triggers that drive our growth. Your expertise will be crucial in connecting disparate systems and ensuring that our data flows smoothly across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management:
- Administer and optimize our Salesforce systems to support marketing and sales operations.
- Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and implement system updates as needed.
- Integration & Automation:
- Build and maintain integrations between our platforms using Zapier and similar tools.
- Set up automated marketing events, triggers, and workflows to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- System Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and develop solutions to streamline operations and improve data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Technical Support & Documentation:
- Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of any system-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, integrations, and workflows.
- Event & Campaign Management:
- Assist in setting up marketing events and triggers to support our dynamic campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all digital touchpoints are functioning optimally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role, with hands-on expertise in managing HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in integration tools, particularly Zapier, with the ability to create and manage complex workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- Experience setting up automated marketing events and triggers is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with document automation software (e.g., PandaDoc, or DocuSign).
- Competency in troubleshooting telephony systems (e.g., Dialpad, Salemessage, or Vonage) is a plus.
