Network Administrator
Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and Desktop & VDI management working in support operations troubleshooting Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Devices, Load Balances and VPN
Experienced in Managing Arista, Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, AVI Vmware, Solarwinds, Algosec
Exceptional at multitasking, with proven problem-solving and crisis management skills
Proven track record of leading and developing teams effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
Past experience in working with a 24X7 service delivery
Service Management best practices (Incident, Change, Problem)
Manage Shift roaster
Manage SLA’s and escalations
Great communication skills
Great reporting skills
Ability to work in shifts
Perform Event management, Incident Triage
Hands on experience with Arista, Fortinet & Cisco Switching; Cisco Routing; Cisco, Fortinet & Palo Alto Firewall; VPN; Wireless; F5 & AVI VMware load balancer, identify and resolve single point of failure, configure redundancy and automatic failovers, automation of pre and post checks for changes, setting up thresholds for availability and performance, trend analysis, capacity analysis for devices, circuits & licenses, identify EOL and EOSL devices, understanding of tools such as Algosec, Solarwinds; Update CMDB (Netbrain, Certero)
Ability to manage multiple Vendor contacts
Create and validate Knowledge Articles
Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
