Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure SDLC, and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk).
- Familiarity with container security (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Integrate automated security checks and vulnerability scanning into the development pipeline.
- Enforce secure coding practices through regular code analysis tools and policies.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure a secure and efficient SDLC.
- Continuously improve DevSecOps practices and pipeline performance.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Proven ability to lead onsite-offshore teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Team player with cross-functional leadership experience
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 a Year
