JCW is partnered with an international bank who have recently received their US license and therefore seeking a US CRO.
This role will play a key role in establishing and developing a comprehensive risk management program in line with regulatory requirements for a US investment bank. This role requires someone with hands on experience implementing risk frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls, with strong knowledge of building enterprise risk and compliance functions.
Must haves:
- In depth experience within ERM, Ops, and finance risk management.
- Prior experience building a risk management program from the ground up.
- Advanced knowledge of US banking regulations (OCC, FDIC, NYDFS, SEC, etc)
- Abilities to build and manage a team.
- Bilingual with Spanish or Portugese is IDEAL, but not required.
