We are seeking a System Administrator to join our team. This role will involve managing desktops, servers, networks, and mobile devices while ensuring smooth system performance and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop and network management, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows and Office 365 environments, with a passion for delivering excellent end-user experiences and exploring new technologies.

Job Description:
- Experience in desktop management.
- Server, network, and mobile device management.
- Troubleshooting skills for laptops, desktops, and mobile device management software.
- Printer and network troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications.
Good to Have:
- Strong communication skills.
- PowerShell or other scripting knowledge.
- Knowledge of application packaging or image management using MDT.
