About the Role:
We’re seeking a Principal SQL Architect to lead database architecture and strategy for a premier Healthcare Government client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL, Azure, and modern data engineering frameworks, driving scalable solutions and ensuring top-tier performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead complex database design and optimization (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
✅ Architect and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (SSIS, ADF, Databricks).
✅ Mentor developers and enforce best practices in SQL and data governance.
✅ Drive performance tuning, data security, and high availability architecture.
✅ Collaborate with leadership to align database strategy with business goals.
Qualifications:
🔹 10+ years leading enterprise-scale SQL architecture projects.
🔹 Strong experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Azure Data Factory, Python, DAX.
🔹 Expertise in healthcare data systems and government environments.
🔹 Certifications in Azure Database Administration or Big Data technologies preferred.
