Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives focused on enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions.
- Act as a strong communicator and technical liaison between technology services, security, business units, and stakeholders.
- Mentor teams and educate stakeholders on cloud/infrastructure best practices.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, load balancing, hybrid connectivity).
- Ensure all cloud and infrastructure solutions adhere to NIST 800-series and CIS Benchmark v4.0 security standards.
- Architect, design, and optimize hybrid/multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and other platforms.
- Maintain and evolve landing zones to ensure compliance, cost optimization, and scalability.
- Define guardrails and enforce governance using policy-as-code frameworks.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization projects using AWS MGN, Azure Migrate, ModelizeIT, etc.
- Develop migration strategies minimizing downtime and maintaining business continuity.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep.
- Design and manage monitoring, logging, alerting systems (performance, compliance, cost).
- Develop and implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and Backup strategies ensuring high availability and compliance.
Minimum Years of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, or related roles.
- Strong experience architecting hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Deep understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-series and CIS 4.0 compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading modernization initiatives including containerization, microservices, DevOps.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant Certifications Required:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years enterprise infrastructure/cloud architecture experience.
- Hybrid multi-cloud design expertise (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Strong networking, security, IAM, governance skills.
- IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-series and CIS v4.0.
