Systems Administrator (MSP Experience)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as an escalation point for complex system and network issues across multiple client environments
- Manage and troubleshoot Azure, M365, and Windows Server 2022 environments
- Administer Azure Entra ID, Intune, and VDI infrastructure
- Configure and maintain VMware/Hyper-V systems, SonicWall/Dell firewalls, and Dell/Aruba/NetGear switches
- Handle advanced change requests for firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN setups
- Document environments, implement best practices, and recommend infrastructure improvements
- Ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and optimized for performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven MSP background supporting multiple clients and juggling diverse environments
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Azure, and M365 administration
- Solid understanding of networking (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity
- Confident communicator who can clearly explain IT concepts and best practices to clients or teammates
