Job Summary
We are in search of a dynamic Cyber Fraud Analyst to enhance our Trust & Safety team's efforts in safeguarding information and mitigating fraud risks. This role entails rigorous investigations and analysis of fraudulent activities within our ecosystem, utilizing a blend of sophisticated techniques and tools to protect against and mitigate potential threats. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fortifying our enterprise security posture through immediate response actions, development of long-term prevention strategies, and comprehensive report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of sophisticated fraud activities using advanced analytical methods and tools.
- Work in close collaboration with partner teams to assess and refine ML model precision and regulations, contributing constructive feedback for enhanced outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately document and evaluate fraud exposure, crafting strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collect and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of the fraud prevention program, identifying areas for strategic improvement.
- Stay abreast of current fraud trends and industry best practices to effectively monitor and identify potential unauthorized activities and fraud vectors.
Must-have Skills
- Proficiency in Splunk and SQL for data research and analysis.
- Experience in identifying trends and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities through analytical tools like Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for detailed and innovative fraud prevention strategies.
Industry Experience
- At least 5 years in the technology sector with a strong preference for candidates possessing at least 2 years of direct Fraud Prevention experience within an enterprise environment.
