Mandatory Qualifications :
A minimum of six years of experience in leading DevOps and/or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
A minimum of six years of experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
A minimum of six years of experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
A minimum of six years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
A minimum of six years of experience designing and implementing containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
A minimum of six years of experience implementing microservices architecture and orchestrating with Kubernetes.
A minimum of six years of experience with version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and repository management.
A minimum of six years of experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
A minimum of six years of experience implementing security practices in DevOps pipelines (DevSecOps) including vulnerability scanning, automated security testing,and compliance checks.
A minimum of six years of experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
A minimum of six years of experience leading and managing DevOps projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies and objectives.
A minimum of six years of experience building and running agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
A minimum of six years of experience with basic project management tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
One year of experience with AI-driven tools for code reviews and automated testing, such as GitHub Copilot.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology (IT), or Engineering field.
Desirable Qualifications:
