Role overview:
- In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your IT leadership and systems management expertise.
- No prior AI experience is required.
- These projects will help you explore how AI can be leveraged to advance digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across enterprise technology environments.
What does day-to-day look like:
- Design and solve real-world IT operations and systems management scenarios to test AI reasoning.
- Write clear, structured solutions covering IT governance, system integration, cybersecurity, and project delivery.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, and technical soundness.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of technology lifecycle management, strategic planning, and enterprise infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Administrator, or Technology Project Manager.
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT project management, software delivery, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software systems.
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
