The position entails advanced troubleshooting of ELEMENTS storage systems in contact with our clients' technical department. Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Linux
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience with Linux, Windows and macOS
- Interest in continually expanding knowledge and learning new technologies
Desirable:
- Storage and network experience
- Knowledge in troubleshooting SAN and NAS systems as well as related components: Switches, Disk Arrays, LTO, etc.
- Knowledge in professional video editing software
You can expect:
- Working on compelling and sophisticated projects in the broadcast and video post-production/VFX industry
- Installation, management and support of various high-performance storage environments
- Troubleshooting ELEMENTS storage environments
- Supporting our product development department in qualification and evaluation of hardware products that facilitate or complement our server appliances
