Overview
We are seeking a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Administrator to support a major AWS merger resulting from a recent acquisition. This role will focus on implementing and managing PAM solutions to ensure secure access controls across a multi-account AWS environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable PAM configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials across AWS and enterprise systems
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for PAM-related work during AWS migration and integration
- Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure PAM strategies align with organizational security objectives
- Implement best practices for privileged access governance, including password vaulting, session monitoring, and access workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption during migration activities
- Document PAM processes, configurations, and compliance standards for ongoing governance
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with PAM administration, including deployment and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver secure, scalable PAM implementations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with AWS security best practices, IAM policies, and Zero Trust frameworks
- Background in financial services or regulated environments
