About the role
Our team is accepting applications from highly skilled and motivated individuals for a dynamic role responsible for maintaining, securing, and improving PAC’s information technology infrastructure in alignment with corporate cybersecurity and compliance objectives. The position provides advanced technical support, systems administration, and operational execution under the direction of the Information Technology & Cybersecurity Program Lead. This includes ensuring reliable system performance, user lifecycle management, and assisting with the implementation of security controls that support PAC’s regulated operations and contractual requirements.
Assignments will vary, but will generally include the following responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite and remote technical support for PAC staff, including troubleshooting, documentation, and trend analysis.
- Support and configure Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) and document management systems.
- Maintain standardized processes for workstation deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and device lifecycle management.
- Execute systems administration tasks across enterprise applications, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
- Support endpoint protection, mobile device management, and compliance monitoring tools.
- Assist with infrastructure modernization, including migration of legacy systems to secure cloud platforms.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, including security policy implementation, access control management, and alignment with NIST 800-series standards.
- Support document management, data security procedures, and proposal/project documentation needs.
- Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication while working with internal teams and external partners.
- Perform other IT duties as required; role involves periods of sitting or standing at a computer workstation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communications Technology or related field. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in info systems, including at least three (3) years in system administration or enterprise IT operations.
- Demonstrated application of technology security controls within a recognized cybersecurity or compliance framework (e.g. NIST SP 800-171, ISO 27001)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments (2016 or later), including Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V, and Intune.
- Proficiency in Microsoft administration, identity management, and support of hybrid or remote users.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain standardized IT procedures and documentation that support operational reliability and compliance verification.
- Export compliance and the ability to maintain a minimum-security clearance. Must be willing to undergo background check.
