Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The CTO will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, overseeing software development and architecture, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. The role involves managing technical teams, driving innovative product development, and delivering technology solutions that support scalability and sustainability. The CTO will also collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute IT strategies that enhance organizational performance.

- Strong expertise in Software Development and Architecture
- Experience in Project Management and leading technical teams
- Proven ability to define and execute IT Strategy and align it with business objectives
- Extensive knowledge of Product Development processes and innovation in technology
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in managing technical operations and ensuring cybersecurity practices
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
