Job Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst
Location: Fully Remote

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled PAM/IAM Analyst to manage and secure privileged user access across applications and systems. The analyst will gather requirements, document workflows, implement PAM solutions, assist with audits, and support risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure access is streamlined, secure, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, use cases, and tools like Azure DevOps.
- Implement and maintain CyberArk or Saviynt access solutions for privileged users.
- Assist with audit requests, prepare evidence packages, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Manage and mitigate security risks by reviewing vulnerability tickets and enforcing controls.
- Create process flow diagrams, technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment guides for IAM systems.
- Work in Agile/SAFe teams and track/report metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and engineers to optimize access processes and system integrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in IAM, PAM, or related Business/Systems Analyst roles.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk, Saviynt, LDAP/SQL databases, and identity lifecycle events.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and metrics for management and compliance.
- Financial Services domain experience is a plus.
- Certifications preferred: SAFe Agilist, Product Owner/Manager, Scrum Master (CSM), DevOps, Microsoft Azure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

- Requirements documentation, use cases, and process flows for IAM components.
- Database schema analysis and optimization recommendations for LDAP/SQL directories.
- Visual process models for provisioning, authentication, self-service, and integrations.
- Technical design specifications and consolidated architecture overviews.
- Runbooks and operational guides for deploying and maintaining IAM environments.
