Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Administrator based in Russellville, AR, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing network infrastructure and systems, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining system performance, optimizing network configurations, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in Network Administration, including installation, configuration, and management
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Knowledge of System Administration, including servers and operating systems
- Expertise in Network Security to implement and manage secure network practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
