Position: Compliance & Risk Analyst
Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Join a dynamic team as a Compliance & Risk Analyst, focusing on vendor management, compliance, and risk assessment. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact by revising and creating policies, sharing them with executives, and training staff. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Revise and create compliance policies
- Share policies with board members or executives
- Train supervisors or company staff on new policies
- Manage vendor compliance system
- Develop risk management strategies
- Create or update policies based on risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with vendor documentation requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in compliance and risk management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives and staff
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with vendor management systems
- Experience in policy training and development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
