Senior Systems Administrator
Location: King of Prussia - Hybrid Schedule - Open 2-3 days a week
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems administration and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on automation and orchestration. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux servers and ensure their optimal performance.
- Implement and manage containerization using Docker.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Ansible.
- Administer and optimize MySQL databases for performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a focus on Linux environments.
- Proficiency in Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and MySQL administration.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably GitHub.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
