Our client, a pioneering Fintech company redefining the customer experience of banks and credit unions , is seeking an experienced CTO to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-growth company at the forefront of AI, helping improve the customer experience within Financial Services.
They're a high-growth company who have recently completed their latest funding round. Backed by a growth stage venture-capital firm, with investment already secured.
Job Description:
If you've led high-performing AI Engineering teams, ideally within a high-growth VC funded company, then this could be the one for you.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Engineering Leadership, specifically of AI engineering teams - help drive the team, ensuring best practices and standards at all times.
- Experienced managing multiple direct reports, including development and project teams
- Multi-Modal AI and Data experience
- Hands on experience with implementing, engineering and leading teams across cutting-edge AI platforms
- SaaS CX experience - if you have CX experience at an AI start-up, or at a product company with high-growth mentality
- Product Building - we are seeking a strategic builder who has helped develop and build new AI and CX products from the ground up
- Bonus points if you've worked in the hustle of VC funded companies previously, helping navigate the transition from Series A to Series C, or Series B to Series D
Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership experience and to demonstrate leading AI Engineering teams
- AI industry experience essential
- Multi-modal AI product experience, from chatbots, LLM, voiceAI etc
- C-level executive leadership and commercial acumen - knowledge of P+L forecasting, budgets
- Hiring and recruiting experience - knowing how to build a world-class AI engineering team
- Experience across either Machine Learning, LLM, NLP
