Take2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint System Administrator (SME) to support a major DoD customer at Ft. Belvoir. This senior-level technical expert will lead SharePoint operations across multiple geographic locations, ensuring enterprise-wide reliability, security, and optimized performance. The role involves hands-on administration, design, customization, support, governance, and customer engagement in a large, multi-enclave environment.
REQUIREMENTS
• 8–15 years of SharePoint administration experience (degree/certs may be substituted with experience).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA-Security, or SSCP).
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint functionality, including sites, pages, lists, and permissions.
• Experience with SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with InfoPath, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, claims-based).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and IIS.
• Client-side development with TypeScript and server-side web part development.
• Experience in BI/dashboard development.
• Ability to support and engage with customers across the PACIFIC AOR.
• Independent problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Tier 2 system administration experience.
• Automation/Scripting expertise.
• Experience with log reviews, incident analysis, troubleshooting, and patch management.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Experience with ticketing systems and global customer support.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the technical lead for all SharePoint-related operations and initiatives.
• Design and develop information architecture, sites, lists, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Customize and configure SharePoint environments to meet mission requirements.
• Lead SharePoint content migration from Server 2016 to Server 2019.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform log analysis, and provide Tier 2 support.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and governance standards.
• Ensure platform compliance with DoD, STIG, and Microsoft best practices.
• Develop usage reports, dashboards, and system analytics.
• Provide solutions to incident tickets, recurring technical problems, and customer requirements.
• Support 24/7/365 operational environments as required.
• Mentor system administrators and support personnel.
• Implement and support IdAM policies and Zero Trust/RBAC controls.
