Job Location: Draper, UT/ Columbus, OH/ Plano, TX/ Chadds Ford, PA/ Wilmington, DE/ NYC (Manhattan)/ Hybrid- Must live within 60 miles of Client locations
Project Duration: 12 months with Possibility of Contract-to-Hire (based on skills and performance)

JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an experienced IAM Engineer with strong Okta engineering skills to support security operations, SSO integrations, and major identity projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Okta OIE, SSO integrations, workflows, and multi-tenant (B2E/B2B/B2C) work
- Support brand conversions, terminations, and application onboarding
- Create audit documentation, runbooks, and process improvements
- Collaborate directly with InfoSec, infrastructure, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot issues and support after-hours on-call rotations
Top Skills:
✔ Okta engineering (required)
✔ Strong communication & troubleshooting
✔ IAM experience (SailPoint, PAM tools, etc.)
✔ Okta certifications (preferred)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Networking, or Cybersecurity
- 3+ years of Okta engineering experience
- Security+ / CISSP / SSCP / CCSP a plus
