What We’re Hiring
They are searching for an experienced technology leader (7+ years), ideally with a background as a founder, early technical leader, or someone who has repeatedly taken products from concept to scale.
Key experience:
- Strong history of scaling products from early stage to large scale.
- Expert in software engineering, AI/ML, data systems, and modern architectures.
- Skilled in building shared systems and scalable tech foundations.
- Experienced in hiring and leading high-performing engineering and AI/ML teams.
- Able to operate at board level while staying hands-on when required.
Responsibilities include:
- Define and drive the incubator’s technology strategy.
- Work with founders on architecture, execution, and early tech hiring.
- Build shared infrastructure and internal systems for multiple companies.
- Lead development of AI agents, automation tools, and vertical AI products.
- Scale a cross-functional organisation across engineering, data, AI/ML, and product.
