The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company's Yardi Products. This individual will evaluate and assess systems to ensure they are operating effectively. Based on assessments, this individual will harness collected knowledge and make adjustments to existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage System Upgrades
- Pull data and run SQL queries
- Manage vendor relationships
- Set up user access, permissions, reporting, etc on all Yardi Modules (RealPage, Entrada, AppFolio, etc)
- Configure Yardi based on business requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Multi-family housing experience or real estate experience configuring Yardi
- 5+ years' experience as System Administrator or Systems Specialist
- Strong analytical skills
