Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Professional located in Dover, DE. The IT Professional will be responsible for managing technology infrastructure and systems, collaborating across teams to deliver IT solutions, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing software and system updates, and ensuring cybersecurity standards are met. The candidate will also be expected to support end-users with technical concerns, contribute to IT project development, and support data management or cloud-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IT Consulting, Project Management, and IT Infrastructure management skills
- Expertise in Software/Application Development, System Integration, and Cloud Migration
- Knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Management, and Governance
- Experience with IT Support, Incident Management, and Troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of security protocols and cybersecurity principles
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and support clients
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and innovate solutions
- Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, CompTIA, or CISSP are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
